Campers & Vendors Arrive

Concessions Available

4pm - 5:30pm - Extreme Mule Race

Mule and rider race for the fastest time through an adventurous obstacle course. Jackpot class with 100% payback, must be 16 years or older to compete.

6pm - 9pm - Silent Auction is open

6:00pm - Coon Mule Jump

Hay rides, Mule Games and Fun Events following the Coon Mule Jump!

8:00pm - Live Music by Billy Harrison and the Haywire Band!!!

 

Night Coon Hunt with hounds led by Mike Jarboe. Mule Riders welcome.

 

 

9:00am - Opening Ceremonies and Mule show

Following the Open Ceremonies, the Mule show will begin. The first events will be the judged halter and pleasure classes, followed by the timed fun events.

10am - 7pm - Children's Tent Open

Activities include petting zoo, corn jump, hay maze, craft table and more.

10am - 7pm - Vendors Open

10am - 7pm - Silent Auction Open

A number of items will be available for silent bidding Friday evening and all day Saturday. The silent auction will close at 7pm on Saturday.

12pm - Cornhole Tournament

Cornhole or Corn Toss is similar to horseshoes except you use wooden boxes called cornhole platforms and corn bags instead of horseshoes and metal stakes. Contestants take turns pitching their corn bags at the cornhole platform until a contestant reaches the score of 21 points. A corn bag in the hole scores 3 points, while one on the platform scores 1 point.

This event is open to anyone, and will be held in Ring 2.

4:30pm - Trick Mule Demonstration

Watch Steve Foster and his mule Grace play basketball and perform other amazing tricks.

5:00pm - Children's Entertainment

5:30pm - Mule Pull

Teams of mules compete to see who can pull the heaviest amount of weight a pre determined distance.

7pm - Silent Auction Closes

7pm - Music by the Rivers Bend Band!!!

8:15pm - Live Auction

A number of items will be auctioned live to be sold to the highest bidders.

 

9am - Guided Trail Ride

Horses, mules, donkeys – All are welcome to participate.

11am - 4pm - Children's Tent Open

Activities include petting zoo, corn jump, hay maze, craft table and more.

11am - 3pm - Vendors Open

11am - Mule Show

Mule show begins with the harness and carriage classes. 

12:00pm - Animal Dress-Up Competition

All animals welcome! Horses, goats, guinea pigs, it's up to you! Handler and animal will be judged on their costumes. Prizes awarded for most creative costumes.

Mule Show Continues

Following the Animal Dress-Up, we will continue with the Dolly Parton Race, Pole Bending, and other fun mule clasess.

2pm - Dog Water Races

In the water race, a well-scented lure or a raccoon in a cage is floated or suspened on water in such a way that the dogs cannot contact it. Boundary markers designate the entry and exit points for the dogs. The home tree is 20 yards or more fromthe oppposite sure. The winning dog is the first to correctly follow the scent across the pond to the home tree and indicate on it.

The event will be held at the Harrison Pond, on the corner of Gillis Falls Road and John Pickett Road. There are plenty of riding trails that will take you there. If you wish to drive, there will be parking available in the field at the pond.

 

At the completion of the show, we will award the weekend High Point Mule/Rider Awards (Youth and Adult).
